How early should I arrive at the airport before my flight?

We recommend arriving one hour before your flight, even if you receive word your flight is delayed.  Delays times can change rapidly so if you wait to arrive at the airport you may miss your flight.

Also, the ticket counter closes 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.  If you are not checked-in before that time you may not make your flight, especially if you have luggage to be checked.

Also once everyone that is checked in for the flight at the time that the ticket counter closes has gone through security, the TSA is required to close the check point.  If you are not there before it closes you will not make your flight and will need to be re-booked on the next available departure.

How do I contact Lost and Found at the Airport?

Call (270) 744-0521 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Messages left after business working hours and over the weekend will be returned the next business day.

How much does it cost to ship a pet?

Who do I call to arrange for wheelchair service?

Call Contour at (888) 332-6686 and make sure the notation for wheelchair service is attached to the ticket for the passenger.

What identification is needed for children at the TSA checkpoint?

No identification is required for children. Adults 18 and over are required to present acceptable identification. For more information about ID requirements, click here.

I purchased my tickets through the internet and did not print out the confirmation. Who do I contact to reconfirm my flight?

Contact Contour Airlines at (888) 332-6686 or if you have the Contour app you should be able to find your confirmation there.  If you did not use ContourAirlines.com to book your flight, please contact the service you used (ex. Expedia, Priceline, etc…) to obtain your itinerary.

can I sit in my car in front of the terminal to wait for my passenger?

There is no parking (or sitting) in front of the terminal. You must be actively loading or unloading the vehicle. We have provided the first 30 minutes free in our Parking Lot as a courtesy waiting area. 

Where can I exchange currency?

Due to the infrequent nature of this service the airport does not yet offer this service at this time.

What does being a tobacco free campus mean?

This policy prohibits the use of any tobacco products— cigarettes, vaping devices, cigars, pipes, chew, snuff, and dip anywhere on the Airport Campus, —including the outside curbside in front of the Terminal, restrooms, hallways, parking lots. The policy applies to all persons, tenants, tenants’ employees, airport employees, guests, and travelers. Smoking is allowed immediately outside the terminal doors, but local ordinances require you to be 15 feet away from any doors
