FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How early should I arrive at the airport before my flight?
We recommend arriving one hour before your flight, even if you receive word your flight is delayed. Delays times can change rapidly so if you wait to arrive at the airport you may miss your flight.
Also, the ticket counter closes 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. If you are not checked-in before that time you may not make your flight, especially if you have luggage to be checked.
Once everyone is checked in for the flight, the ticket counter closes, and passengers has gone through security, the TSA is required to close the check point. If you are not there before it closes you will not make your flight and will need to be re-booked on the next available departure.
