In cooperation with Computer Source we proudly offer free wireless internet service throughout the terminal. You can now access the internet using your wireless-ready handheld devices by following these simple directions:
- Select the BRAA Public wireless network and connect. (SSID / Service Set Identifier is “public”)
- Ensure that encryption is turned off as this is an open network connection. This includes all authentication methods (WEP, WAP, etc.).
Once connected, open a web browser and surf freely or launch your VPN (virtual private network) client to connect to work.
COMPLIMENTARY LUGGAGE CARTS
We are proud to provide our passengers with free luggage carts for use as needed in the terminal. Located either in front of the United Express ticket counter or at the baggage claim area, these carts can accommodate most luggage. We simply ask when you are done with the cart that you return it to one of these two locations for everyone’s safety and availability.
ATM & VENDING MACHINES
We do have an ATM located between the United Express Counter and Enterprise Car Rental Counter.
Vending machines are located in the Barkley Lounge area and at Gate 3.
(Please note any food or drink purchased in the lounge area cannot be taken through the TSA security.)
For your convenience, we also have a water cooler in the Gate area located between Gates 2 & 3.
PHONE / TABLET CHARGING STATIONS
Paducah Power System has provided the airport with 2 cellphone/tablet charging stations. One is located to the left of the Lounge area, and the other is located at Gate 3.
WHEELCHAIR / DISABILITY SERVICES
Barkley Regional Airport provides assistance to those with disabilities. Wheelchair assistance is available to all passengers. Please contact United Airlines for specific requests.
Barkley Regional Airport has two Automatic Defibrillators available for emergency use. One is located in the terminal vestibule in front of the men’s restroom, and the second can be found at the United Express Counter.
PET / SERVICE ANIMAL RELIEF AREAS
If traveling with a pet or registered service animal we have to relief areas for your (and their) convenience.
Before security we provide an area to the left of the terminal, complete with collection bags and a trash can.
After security there is a small indoor area in front of Gate 1.
